Do It In Your Sleeves

When flu season is in high gear, we need to make sure that we do everything possible to keep ourselves healthy which includes getting a flu vaccination and practicing measures that will reduce the spread of germs to others.

If you do become ill with a cold or the flu, one of the most important things that can be done is to properly cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough to prevent other people from being contaminated by your germs.

ORL Productions provides a short, but humorous video on the proper method of covering your cough entitled:

Why Don't We Do It in Our Sleeves?

This video, created by Dr. Ben Lounsbury, an ENT physician, is well worth the five minutes it takes to view it. Dr. Lounsbury has also created a video on proper hand washing to prevent the spread of infections which is also available for viewing at the link above.
