Do It in Your Sleeves!

INTRODUCTION

With flu season in "high gear", we need to make sure that we have done everything possible to keep ourselves healthy which includes getting a flu vaccination and practicing measures that will reduce the spread of germs to others. If you do become ill with a cold or the flu, one of the most important things that can be done is to properly cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough to prevent other people from being contaminated by your germs.

RESOURCES

The University of Missouri Extension provides a short, but humorous video on the proper method of covering your cough entitled: "Why Don't We Do It in Our Sleeves?" which is well worth the five minutes it takes to view it.
